Privacy

A short policy, in plain language.

This site collects as little as possible, and it does nothing surprising with what it collects.

Who runs this site

Worth That Holds LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, operates worththatholds.com. You can reach us at hello@worththatholds.com.

What we collect, and why

The contact form asks for your name, organization and role, email address, and message. We use that information to reply to you, and for nothing else. Form submissions go to a Google Apps Script we operate and are stored in a private Google Sheet, then forwarded to us as email so we can reply. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone.

The book launch-crew and notify forms collect your name and email address and send them to a Google Apps Script we operate, which stores them in a private Google Sheet shared with builttobereplaced.com's sign-ups (one list for the book). Every email those lists send carries an unsubscribe link.

The email subscription boxes are provided by Substack and subscribe you to the Work That Holds publication. Your subscription is governed by Substack’s privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Page statistics come from Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects aggregate counts, not personal profiles.
