About
Brandon Freitag
The people selling change rarely see what it costs to live with. The people living with it rarely see how it was sold. Brandon has spent more than two decades in both seats, and Worth That Holds is the advisory practice he built on that view.
The experience
From both sides of the table.
His career began on the manufacturing floor, where failure was countable scrap and measurement settled arguments. That discipline earned him a solo patent and a Six Sigma Black Belt, and a question he has carried ever since: why do some changes hold while others quietly fail?
He has worked that question from both sides of the table. He spent two decades selling change inside enterprise technology, most recently leading North America Strategic Architects at Google. He also owned the outcome as an executive at a Fortune 200 healthcare company, where a cloud transformation had to hold inside compliance commitments that could not move.
Both seats pointed to the same place: the organization, more than the technology, decides what holds. The plan’s picture of a change and the organization’s experience of it rarely match, and the gap between them is where diagnosis starts.
The name
Why “Worth That Holds.”
Worth is success that holds: a result that is still working after the announcement fades and the attention moves on. Its foundation is the value of the people doing the work and of the people the work is for.
